Any class or libraries can be used for USB connection and initialization in
both VB and VC++? Becos i cannot find any in MSDN for VS6.

You do not talk to USB any more than you talk to a PCI bus. Instead, you
talk to the device driver associated with the device connected to the USB.
So you talk to Com Ports, file systems, modems, ...

If you want to control a USB port directly, you will
have to use platform specific functionality. There
are no facilities in the C++ language for directly
accessing or controlling a USB port.
