A week ago I asked if anyone knew how to get around the awkwardness in
defining traits specializations when namespaces are involved, or a
better pattern to use for it.

Nobody here or elsewhere I asked had a better way.

I've come up with something that I like, that avoids the namespace
problem and gives some interesting features.

I've posted a full writeup on my site at
<http://www.dlugosz.com/Repertoire/refman/techniques/internal_policies.html>

Please let me know what you think.

(1) Could you post the definition of test<>?

(2) std::iterator_traits<> seems to employ similar
technique. Could you outline how does your idea differ?
