Does anyone have a summary of the differences and changes in the 2003
version of the Standard? I poked around the ISO site, but couldn't find
a summary. I looked at the 2003 version, and see rev bars, but no
overview page with a summary of the changes.

Thanks in Advance,
John Thilenius

AFAIK, the change list is an internal (protected) document
( http://std.dkuug.dk/JTC1/SC22/WG21/prot/c++revisions.pdf ).
By ISO rules, that is available only to members of appropriate
NBs (i.e. ANSI/INCITS)

It seems like a difficult thing to summarize. Essentially, it's a lot
of little bug fixes scattered all over the language and the
library.
