I am using an STL queue ( on top of a vector ).

queue < BroadcastBuffer*, vector queue;

Is there anyway of flushing the queue - clear() is not available.

#include <iostream>
#include <queue>

int main()
{
std::queue<int> q;
q.push(42);
std::cout << q.size() << 'n';

q = std::queue std::cout << q.size() << 'n';

return 0;
}
