Die Streams, wie hier cout, sind doch sehr C++-mäßig. Unter der Haube
geht da schon einiges ab.
In dem obigen Quelltext bezeichnet cout keinen stream.

Weil das std:: fehlt? Das habe ich zuerst übersehen ist aber für die
Diskussion eigentlich auch unwichtig, da ein Stream gemeint war.
