Is that really a serious job description? It looks to me like the longest
list of buzz-words ever strung together. I couldn't understand what the
heck any of it actually meant! :-)

There are several idiotic paperwork functions - most notably draining a
brain from another country - that require the hiring people to make a show
of "searching for a qualified candidate". So they post an impossibly
detailed job listing to an irrelevant 'net forum, just to cover their rumps.
You are reading someone's resume converted into a job requirement listing. A
little morphing and googling, and you might find the source!

Well, if software engineer is needed to fix or create software, and
construction engineer is needed to fix or create constructions, then
what is principle engineer needed for?!? :-)

I didn't bother to read the description, but based on the job title I'd
guess they're looking for someone who is an expert in the engineering of
principles. (Oh, wait - maybe they want a *PRINCIPAL* engineer...?)
