I was wondering what would be the best way to go about some sort of
neural AI; that is to say, simulating the learning process. I don't
really want to go too much into how the process would work but maybe if
someone more experienced could point me in the direction of how best to
parse the strings, and get them ready for the actual 'learning' process
of the AI.

I've never had to do much parsing in C++ so I really have no idea how
you would go about it best. Also, any basic ideas on how the general
layout of the AI should work?
