The current C Standard (C99 + TC1 folded in) and the rationale is now
available in book form published by Wiley (ISBN 0-470-84573-2). It is a
hard cover lay flat binding with almost 800 pages. For once you might
find it cheaper to buy in ukp (34-95) rather than US$ (65).

The companion volume with the C++ Standard is now due around October
(problems such as someone having the builders in, have delayed it by a
couple of months)

Mine has now arrived. The receipt says this

(i) C Standard is GBP £31.45 from Blackwells
(ii) A penned note on the receipt claims that the C++ standard will be
available on 10th September 2003
