issues list rev 61 are now available from the C++ committee web site at
http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/

I asked Pete Becker recently exactly the same question and
he confirmed that n2800 is not different from n2798 based on the
technical content (He used different words, but this is my
interpretation of them).
